At our August 2021 meeting, the Parish Finance Council (PFC) (formerly called the Stewardship Commission) focused solely on the building maintenance and repair needs of the Parish’s three buildings. As you know from past reports, a number of maintenance issues have previously been put off for lack of funds or postponed due to the COVID pandemic. The PFC is reviewing and prioritizing the many identified needs to lay out a thoughtful sequence of work reflecting the current and future significance of the issue and the cost to remedy it or the cost of NOT remedying it.
